Torah Study with Rabbi Shire
Our rabbi is a gifted teacher and generously shares his knowledge with us leading Torah Study sessions online, usually once per month. The Zoom meeting link is published our regular weekly email. Check event calendar for dates and times. Each session is self-contained, so please join when you can! All are very welcome and encouraged to attend. If you are not currently receiving the weekly email you may request access at [email protected].
Review previous sessions in our archive. And please do join in person online and be part of the discussion. Studying together, exchanging ideas and asking your questions is a wonderful way to get to know other people and expand your understanding of sacred texts and Jewish traditions. Members and guests are welcome!

This month's Torah Study comes from Exodus as Rabbi Shire walks us through Mose's encounter with Pharaoh leading up to the Hebrew slaves leaving Egypt and going out into the wilderness. This is a wonderful way to learn and prepare for Passover.
Learn the history of Hanukkah as Rabbi Shire leads us through various historical accounts of a winter Festival of Lights. Questions from participants give us wonderful insight and enhance the richness of our tradition.
