Sisters in Spirit
The Sisters in Spirit is a gathering of women from Central Reform Temple, Emmanuel Church and The Turkish Cultural Center/Peace Islands Institute (TCC/PII) engaged in Jewish/Christian/Muslim interfaith dialogue. Meeting every 6-8 weeks, we toggle between conversation about our unique faith traditions and practices, and cultural customs and identity, and putting our values into practice through shared community service projects and volunteer support for a variety of agencies.
Volunteering opportunities may include working at the Women’s Lunch Place, Pine Street Inn, Rosie’s Place and the Greater Boston Food Bank.
